N.N. Glubokovsky as a historian of religion and a theologian

Abstract

Данная научная работа посвящена рассмотрению трудов выдающегося русского дореволюционного историка религии и богослова - Николая Никаноровича Глубоковского. В диссертации рассматривается его новаторство в области отечественного богословия - введение личности и взглядов апостола Павла в исследовательское поле церковной науки, изучение Нового Завета не только как священного текста, но и как исторического источника. Отдельно прослеживаются отношения русской богословский науки и западной протестантской теологии на предмет актуальных вопросов изучения Библии. Не обделены внимаем темы, затрагивающие работы Глубоковского по истории религии, в частности, относящиеся к проблемам реформирования духовной школы, а также фундаментальные биографические труды, посвящённые известным церковным иерархам. Через анализ литературного наследия представляются не только взгляды Н.Н. Глубоковского на актуальные проблемы развития религии и науки, но и раскрывается сама его личность.

The master's thesis is devoted to the works of the outstanding Russian pre-revolutionary historian of religion and theologian Nikolai Nikanorovitch Glubovsky. The thesis includes the study of his new approach in the sphere of our native theology - the vestiture of personality and views of apostle Paul in the field of church science and in the study of the New Testament not only as a sacred text but also as a historical research. The update questions of the biblical studies in the relationships of the Russian theology and the western protestant theology are examined in the master's thesis. The significant accent is made on the subjects which relate to the religious history and the reforms in the Theological High Schools, also on the fundamental biographical works devoted to the famous church hierarchs, which were explored by Glubovsky. The views on the relevant questions of the development of the religious science and scholar's deep personality itself is opened through the analysis of the literary heritage of N.N.Glubovsky.
