The management of intellectual capital in scientific organization

Abstract

Настоящая магистерская диссертация посвящена механизмам формирования и воспроизводства интеллектуального капитала в Институте РАН № 1. В первой главе работы приводятся методы и показатели оценки интеллектуального капитала наравне с его функциями и основными структурными составляющими. Во второй главе внимание уделяется обнаружению дисфункций в работе научных подразделений Института и выработке ряда организационных мероприятий по их преодолению. Основным методом исследования в данной работе является экспертное интервью, с помощью которого была проведена оценка интеллектуального капитала Института РАН № 1. В качестве исследуемой группы выступали руководители высшего ранга – заведующие научными лабораториями данного Института РАН. Научная новизна представленного исследования состоит в конкретизации принципов управления интеллектуальным капиталом применительно к научной организации.

This master thesis is devoted to the mechanisms of formation and reproduction of intellectual capital at the Institute RAS № 1. In the first chapter of this master thesis methods and indicators for intellectual capital assessment along with its functions and main structural components are presented. In the second chapter of this master thesis the attention is paid to the detection of dysfunctions in the work of scientific divisions of the Institute and to the development of the ways to overcome them. The main methodology of this master thesis is the expert survey, which helped to evaluate intellectual capital of the Institute No.1. Senior executives - heads of research laboratories of the Institute - were included in the studied group. The scientific novelty of the research is based on the elaboration of the principles of intellectual capital management, which can be applied to scientific organizations.
