Аннотация

Выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена анализу и систематизации определения термина «коррупция». Актуальность данной работы заключается в том, что изучение коррупции как социокультурной проблемы и разработка эффективных мер антикоррупционной политики является насущной необходимостью в современном мире. Работа состоит из введения, трех глав и заключения. Во введении раскрывается актуальность исследования, ставится цель и задачи исследования, определяются объект и предмет. Первая глава посвящена общему понятию термина «коррупция». Изучается разновидности определений термина. Исследуются правовые акты ООН, Совета Европы и ФЗ РФ «О коррупции». Рассматривается положение коррупции в исламских источниках. Вторая глава работы посвящена изучению мировому опыту борьбы с коррупцией. Рассматриваются методики Дании, Финляндии, Нидерландов потому как наименьший уровень коррупции наблюдается именно в этих странах. Выявляются особенности коррупционных связей на изучаемой территории. Духовные практики имеют все инструменты для эффективной борьбы с коррупцией. Следование традициям а не закону поддерживает высокий уровень коррупции. Духовные практики Ислама категорически запрещают следование традициям, вредящим обществу. В третьей главе приводится образовательная программа, в основе которой лежат духовные практики Ислама и образовательные возможности этих практик В заключении подводятся итоги диссертационного исследования, формулируются основные выводы и предложения.

The thesis is devoted to the analysis and systematization of the definition of "corruption". The relevance of this work lies in the fact that corruption is being studied as a socio-cultural problem, and development of effective anti-corruption policy is a necessity in today's world. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. In the introduction, the urgency of the study is revealed, and the objective and aims of the study are stated, the object and subject are determined. The first chapter is devoted to the general concept of the term "corruption". We study the variety of definitions of the term. We investigate the legal acts of the United Nations, the Council of Europe and the Federal Law "On Corruption". We consider the situation of corruption in Islamic sources. The second chapter is devoted to the study of international experience of combating corruption. Techniques of Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands are considered because the lowest level of corruption is observed in these countries. Peculiarities of corrupt relationships are reseached in the studied area. Spiritual practices have all the tools to effectively combat corruption. Following tradition rather than the law maintains a high level of corruption. Spiritual practice of Islam strictly forbids adherence to tradition, harming society. The third chapter provides an educational program, which is based on spiritual practices of Islam and the educational opportunities of these practices. In conclusion there is a summary of the thesis research, with the main conclusions and recommendations are formulated.
