The development of recomendations of environmental managment tools implementation in pharmaceutical company BIOCAD

Abstract

C целью организации эффективного управления экологическими аспектами и воздействиями предприятия широко применяют стандарт ISO 14001, требования которого были расширены в конце 2015 года (По последним данным исследования, приведённым на официальном сайте международной организации по сертификации (ИСО - http://www.iso.org/) было выдано более 324 тысяч сертификатов всего в мире и более 1200 в Российской Федерации в 2014 году). Таким образом, в текущем переходном периоде важно проанализировать новые международные требования для совершенствования систем экологического менеджмента российских предприятий и обеспечения их устойчивого развития. В данной работе перед автором стояла цель в разработке рекомендаций для внедрения требований международного стандарта ISO 14001:2015 для фармацевтического предприятия BIOCAD. Так же, для знакомства и изучения предприятия с уже внедрённой системой экологического менеджмента в объект исследования была включена фирма инжинирингово-экологического сектора СТГ-ЭКО. Отличительно особенностью является то, что на одном уже внедрены требования стандарта ISO 14001 версии 2004 года, а на другом система управления построена только на базе законодательных требований РФ. Для достижения поставленной цели автору было необходимо: • изучить требования нового стандарта в области экологического менеджмента 2015 года выпуска; • проанализировать специфику предприятия BIOCAD; • изучение опыта внедрения систем экологического менеджмента другими предприятиями, в частности – из открытых источников, а так же в рамках прохождения производственной практики (компания строительно-инжинирингово сектора СТГ-ЭКО); • провести диагностический аудит по соответствию требованиям стандарта; • разработка плана-графика и рекомендации по внедрению новой версии стандарта ISO 14001. По мнению автора, ценность данной работы состоит в том, что рекомендации разработаны для реально существующего предприятий. Более того, в рамках изучения опыта внедрения системы менеджмента были рассмотрены предприятия из совершенно разных сфер деятельности, что доказывает универсальность применения системы управления в рамках охраны окружающей среды. По мнению автора, ценность данной работы состоит в том, что рекомендации разработаны для реально существующего предприятий. Более того, в рамках изучения опыта внедрения системы менеджмента были рассмотрены предприятия из совершенно разных сфер деятельности, что доказывает универсальность применения системы управления в рамках охраны окружающей среды.

With the purpose of effective management of the environmental aspects and impacts of the enterprise is widely used ISO 14001 standard, where requirements were extended at the end of 2015 year. (According to the latest studies, which are shown in the official website of the International Organization for Certification (ISO - http://www.iso.org/) was issued more than 324 thousand certificates of all over the world and more than 1200 in the Russian Federation in 2014). So, in the current transition period, it is important to analyze new international requirements for enhancing the environmental management systems of the Russian enterprises and their sustainable development. In this thesis the author had the goal to develop recommendations for implementing requirements of international standard ISO 14001:2015 for pharmaceutical company BIOCAD. Also, to explore and study the company which has already introduced the environmental management system in the object of study was included firm of the construction sector STG-ECO. A distinctive feature is the fact that one has already implemented the requirements of ISO 14001 version 2004, and another control system constructed only on the basis of the legislative requirements of the Russian Federation. To achieve this goal it was necessary to: • explore the requirements of the new standard of environmental management for 2015; • analyze the specifics of BIOCAD enterprise; • study the experience of the implementation of environmental management systems by other enterprises, in particular - from public sources, as well as in the framework of practical training (the company construction and engineering sector STG-ECO); • conduct diagnostic audit for compliance with the standard requirements; • develop the schedule and recommendations for the implementation of the new version of ISO 14001. According to the author, the value of this work lies in the fact that the guidelines are developed for real-life enterprises. Moreover, these enterprises represent absolutely different spheres of activity, what makes the application management system universal for all the companies.
