Sun Yat-sen's economic policy: Attempts at implementation in Kuomintang China, 1928-1937

Abstract

В период Нанкинского десятилетия Гоминьданом был приобретен уникальный опыт экономической реконструкции государства. При этом, главным ориентиром в выборе направления реформ, методов их реализации и конкретном осуществлении служила экономическая программа развития Китая доктора Сунь Ятсена. Актуальность выбранной темы состоит в том, что феномен удивительных темпов развития экономики КНР в последние три десятилетия во многом связан с возвратом китайского политического руководства к идее реализации принципа народного благосостояния. При этом, опыт попытки реализации экономической программы Сунь Ятсена Гоминьданом в Нанкинское десятилетие является востребованным в Китае и в современных условиях. Цель работы - установить, в какой степени мероприятия правительства Гоминьдана 1928-1937 гг. в области экономики соответствовали положениям экономической программы Сунь Ятсена, включая ее важные социальные аспекты. В первой главе отражены основные направления программы Сунь Ятсена, дан краткий анализ ее сути;во второй главе рассмотрены мероприятия в аграрном секторе;третья глава посвящена промышленным реформам;в четвертой главе проведен анализ степени соответствия правительственных мероприятий Нанкинского десятилетия программе Сунь Ятсена.

During the period of the Nanking decade, the Kuomintang was acquired unique experience in the economic reconstruction of the country.At the same time, the main reference point in choosing the direction of reform, methods of their implementation and the concrete implementation served as the economic development program of Dr.Sun Yat-sen in China. The relevance of the chosen theme is that the phenomenon of the amazing pace of development of China's economy in the last three decades, largely due to the return of the people's welfare. At the same time, the experience of attempts to implement the economic program of Sun Yat-sen in the Kuomintang Nanjing decade is popular in China and in the modern world. Purpose - to determine the extent to which the governement action KMT 1928-1937 in the economy consistent with the provisions of the economic program of Sun Yat-sen, icluding its important social aspects. The first chapter reflects the main directions of the program of Sun Yat-sen, a brief analysis of its essence; the second chapter describes the activities in the agricultural sector; the third chapter is devoted to industrial reforms; in the fourth chapter analyzes the extent of measures of Nanjing decade's governement to the Sun Yat-sen's program.
