Waste management standardisation at an enterprise

Abstract

В работе представлен анализ теоретических основ и практического применения существующих подходов при осуществлении нормирования в сфере обращения с отходами. Рассмотрены особенности основных нормативных правовых актов, регулирующих деятельность при установлении нормативов образования отходов для предприятия. В качестве объекта исследования рассмотрены различные отходы лакокрасочной продукции, образующиеся при производстве огнезащитных материалов. В практической части работы выполнена инвентаризация отходов данного производства, а также расчет класса опасности отходов лакокрасочных материалов, согласно действующим методикам, утвержденным в России.

The paper presents an analysis of the theoretical foundations and practical applications of existing approaches in the implementation of rationing in the field of waste management. Key features of the main legal acts regulating the waste management activities for the enterprises were identified. The object of study is various waste of paint products formed during the manufacturing of fire retardant materials. In the practical part of the work there was carried out an inventory of the waste production, as well as the calculation of hazard class of waste paints and varnishes, according to the applicable procedures, approved in Russia.
