International politics in the focus of the US presidential election of 2024: the role of social media and media platforms

Исследование включает в себя анализ влияния международных событий в контексте выборов в США 2024 года. Была проанализирована роль медиа в формировании общественного мнения, а также были выявлены различные методы, к которым прибегают новостные издания, с целью влиять на умы их читателей. Помимо прочего была оценена роль алгоритмов социальных сетей в вопросе формирования информационных эхо-комнат.

The study involves analyzing the impact of international events in the context of the 2024 U.S. elections. The role of media in shaping public opinion was analyzed, and the various methods that the news media use to influence the minds of their readers were identified. In addition, the role of social media algorithms in the formation of information echo chambers was assessed.
