Justification of the choice of fixing elements for removable dentures in treatment of partial teeth absence by prosthodontics

Abstract

Цель исследования: повышение качества ортопедического лечения пациентов с применением частичных съёмных протезов за счёт правильного выбора метода фиксации. Для достижения указанной цели необходимо решение следующих задач: 1.Оценить соответствие выбранного типа фиксирующего элемента изготовленного съёмного протеза медицинским показаниям. 2.Изучить изменения, возникающие в тканях опорных зубов при негативном воздействии на них различных фиксирующих элементов. 3.Оценить качество фиксации и стабилизации съёмного протеза в зависимости от типа фиксирующего элемента. Для решения поставленных задач в работе использовались следующие методы: •Анкетирование •Клинические методы: сбор анамнеза, визуальный осмотр, определение степени патологической подвижности, определение глубины зубодесневой борозды, проба Шиллера-Писарева. •Специальные методы: электроодонтодиагностика и рентгенологический метод. Выпускная квалификационная работа выполнена на 70 страницах, включает в себя введение, основную часть, состоящую из трех глав, заключение, выводы по всем поставленным задачам и список литературы, состоящий из 30 литературных источников; содержит 20 рисунков, 7 таблиц. Во введении показана актуальность выбранной темы, а также отмечена практическая значимость и научная новизна работы. Также во вводной части четко сформулированы цели и задачи исследования. Основная часть включает в себя 3 главы. В первой главе проведен анализ современных литературных источников, посвященный конструкциям современных съемных протезов, в том числе, фиксирующим элементам, выбору опорных зубов и изменениям, происходящих в них под воздействием различных фиксирующих элементов. Эта глава содержательна и построена на критическом анализе большого числа источников, дана сравнительная оценка взглядов различных исследований по рассматриваемой проблематике. Во второй главе дана характеристика основных групп, методов исследования. В третьей главе подробно представлены результаты исследования. Графические материалы полностью отражают сделанную автором работу.

Research objective: improvement of quality of prosthodontics treatment for patients with application of partial removable dentures by the right choice of fixing element. Achievement of the specified purpose requires the solution of the following tasks: 1. To estimate compliance of the chosen type of the fixing element of the made removable dentures to medical indications. 2. To study the changes arising in tissues of basic teeth at negative impact on them various fixing elements. 3. To estimate quality of fixing and stabilization of a removable dentures depending on type of the fixing element. For the solution of objectives in the thesis the following methods were used: • Questioning • Clinical methods: collecting anamnesis, visual survey, definition of degree of pathological mobility, determination of depth of a gingival sillon’s furrow, Schiller's test. • Special methods: electric pulp test and radiological method. This work is performed on 73 pages, includes introduction, the main part consisting of three heads, the conclusion, conclusions on all objectives and the list of references, consisting of 30 references; contains 20 drawings, 7 tables. In introduction relevance of the chosen subject is shown, and also the practical importance and scientific novelty of work is noted. Also in the prolog the purposes and research problems are accurately formulated. The main part includes 3 chapters. In chapter 1 the analysis of modern references devoted to designs of modern removable dentures for partial absence of teeth, including, to the fixing elements, the choice of the abutment teeth and changes occurring in them under the influence of various fixing elements is carried out. This chapter is substantial and constructed on the critical analysis of a large number of sources, the comparative assessment of views of various researches on the considered perspective is given. In chapter 2 the characteristic of the main groups, research methods is given. In a chapter 3 results of research are in detail presented. Graphic materials completely reflect the work made by the author.
