Migration flows and specifics of contemporary economic cooperation of the Russian Federation and APEC Countries: the case of Indonesia and Singapore

Abstract

Цель исследования: – определить основные благоприятные сферы сотрудниче-ства России со странами АТЭС (в частности Индонезией и Сингапуром) и выявить реше-ние препятствий для сотрудничества этих стран. Предмет исследований: – торгово-экономическое и миграционное партнерство России с такими странами как Индонезия и Сингапур (в контексте и на основе догово-ренностей в АТЭС). Объект исследования – партнерство и экономические связи в форуме Азиатско-Тиоокеанского экономического сотрудничества. Методами исследования являются общенаучные методы, системный подход, ис-торический, аналитический и математический. Используя статистико-экономический метод, в работе представлены данные по увеличению товарооборота и росту прибыли России от экспорта в Индонезию и Сингапур за период с 2019 по 2023 гг., что помогает проследить динамику торговых отношений этих стран. Полученные результаты и их новизна: – выполнен анализ торгово-экономического сотрудничества России с Индонезией в контексте АТЭС; – изучена специфика торгово-экономического спектра отношений Россия – Сингапур в качестве партнеров экономик-участниц АТЭС; – определены основные направления развития торговых связей и миграционных потоков России с экономиками форума. – новизна исследования заключается в разработке рекомендаций новых вариаций качественных внешнеполитических инвестиционно-торговых и экономических связей России со странами Восточной Азии в рамках АТЭС. Объем ВКР: - работа изложена на 73 странице, в том числе 66 страницы основного текста, перечень условных обозначений и сокращений (на 2 страницах), 4 таблицы (на 2 страницах), 30 наименований литературы (на 3 страницах), в том числе 9 наименований на иностранном языке.

The purpose of research – to identify the main favorable areas of cooperation between Russia and the APEC countries (in particular Indonesia and Singapore) and to identify the solu-tion of obstacles to cooperation between these countries. Subject of research – Russia's trade, economic and migration partnership with coun-tries such as Indonesia and Singapore (in the context and on the basis of APEC agreements). Object of study – partnership and economic relations in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum. Research methods are general scientific methods, a systematic approach, historical, analytical and mathematical. Using the statistical and economic method, the dissertation presents data on an increase in trade turnover and an increase in Russia's profits from exports to Indonesia and Singapore for the period from 2019 to 2023, which helps to trace the dynamics of trade relations these countries. Results and novelty: – the analysis of trade and economic cooperation between Russia and Indonesia in the context of APEC was carried out; –the specifics of the trade and economic spectrum of relations between Russia– Singa-pore as partners of APEC member economies have been studied; – the main directions of development of trade relations and migration flows of Russia with the economies of the forum have been identified. – the novelty of the study lies in the development of recommendations for new varia-tions in high-quality foreign policy, investment, trade and economic relations between Russia and the countries of East Asia within the framework of APEC. The volume of the dissertation - the dissertation is presented on 73 pages, including 66 pages of the main text, 4 tables (2 pages), list of symbols and abbreviations (2 pages), 30 titles of literature (3 pages), including 9 titles in foreign languages.
