Comparative analysis of dental base materials used in production of prostheses in treatment of patients with full adentia

В настоящее время в связи с возрастанием числа больных с полной адентией, изготовление полных съемных протезов относится к одному из наиболее востребованных видов ортопедической помощи. Выбор и применение адекватного конструкционного базисного материала для изготовления протезов при лечении больных с полной адентией является одной из актуальных проблем современной стоматологии.

Цель: повышение качества ортопедической помощи при лечении больных с полной адентией.

Задачи: 1. Изучить влияние протезов, изготовленных из различных базисных материалов на ткани протезного ложа; 2. Сравнить технику изготовления полных съемных протезов из различных базисных материалов; 3. Оценить удовлетворенность пациентов с полной адентией после проведенного протезирования.

Материалы и методы: Была отобрана группа пациентов из 8 человек с 9 полными съемными протезами. Все пациенты были разделены на 2 группы: пациенты с протезами из «Acry free» (4 человека) и с акриловыми протезами (4 человека). При этом количество протезов из «Acry free» составило 5 единиц, а из акриловых пластмасс было изготовлено 4 протеза.

При проведении исследования были использованы следующие методы: 1. Социологический метод (анкетирование) 2. Макроскопический метод 3. Определение гигиенического состояния зубных протезов

В ходе исследования был сделаны следующие выводы: 1. Протезы из материала «Acry free» могут быть рекомендованы пациентам, имеющим аллергические реакции в связи с отсутствием мономера в его составе.

2. Наличие пор в акриловых протезах связано с технологией их изготовления методом компрессионного прессования. Каждая пора в протезе представляет собой потенциальный резервуар микро¬флоры. Методика изготовления протезов из «Acry free» - литьевое прессование - не допускает образование такого дефекта.

3. Отмечена непрочная связь искусственных зубов с базисом в протезах из «Acry free», о чем свидетельствует наличие зубных отложений и прокрашивания в указанном месте.

4. Удовлетворенность отдаленными результатами протезирования у пациентов с акриловыми протезами выше по сравнению с протезами из «Acry free» с позиции эстетических норм.

Nowadays, making a complete denture due to increasing of the number of patients with full adentia, is one of the most popular kind of orthopedic treatment. The choice and the usage of an adequate structural dental base material for making prosthesis for treatment of patients with full adentia is one of the urgent problem of modern dentistry.

The aim of the study is the increasing of quality of orthopedic treatment to the patients with full adentia.

The issues of the research are: 1. To investigate the effect of prosthesis which were made from different dental base materials for tissues of the denture foundation area. 2. To compare the technique of making complete denture from different base materials. 3. To assess satisfaction of the patients with full adentia after orthopedic treatment.

Materials and Methods: There was selected a group of 8 patients with 9 complete denture. All patients were divided into 2 groups: the patients with prosthesis from “Acry free” (4 people) and the patients with acrylic prosthesis (4 people). The number of prosthesis from the “Acry free” was 5 units and from acrylic plastic was made 4 prosthesis.

During the research were used the following methods: 1. Sociological method (a survey); 2. Macroscopic method; 3. The definition of the hygienic condition of dentures.

The results are the following:

1. Dentures from the material "Acry-free" cold be recommended for patients who have allergic reactions in the absence of the monomer in its composition.

2. There are vesicles in the acrylic dentures which are associated with the technology of their production by the method of compression pressing. Each vesicle in the prosthesis is a potential reservoir of microorganisms. A method of making dentures of "Acry-free" molding the compression - prevents the formation of such a defect.

3. There was marked a tenuous bond from false teeth to the denture basis of "Acry-free", as evidenced by the presence of dental plaque and staining in specified location.

4. The satisfaction of the long-term results of prosthetics in patients with acrylic dentures is higher compared to the dentures of "Acry-free" from the perspective of aesthetic norms.
