Public policy of the modern Russian Governor

Abstract

Настоящая работа посвящена исследованию публичной политики современных российских губернаторов. В условиях трансформации политической системы России и усиления вертикали власти на региональном уровне, роль губернаторов значительно изменяется. В центре внимания данной работы находятся механизмы, инструменты и стратегии, применяемые губернаторами для формирования и реализации публичной политики, а также их взаимодействие с различными политическими и общественными институтами.

This work is devoted to the study of the public policy of modern Russian governors. In the context of the transformation of the Russian political system and the strengthening of the vertical power at the regional level, the role of governors is changing significantly. The focus of this work is on the mechanisms, tools and strategies used by governors to formulate and implement public policy, as well as their interaction with various political and public institutions.
