The Development of a Sales and Marketing Department Collaboration Enhancement Program for Lindaily LLC

Abstract

Данная работа посвящена исследованию одной из ключевых проблем современных компаний — необходимости эффективного взаимодействия между отделами продаж и маркетинга. В современных условиях успех компании зависит не только от усилий торговых представителей, но и от синергии отделов продаж и маркетинга. На примере компании, работающей на рынке B2B, автор анализирует проблемы, приводящие к разрыву между маркетинговыми усилиями и способностью команды продаж извлекать из них выгоду. Особое внимание уделено использованию директ-маркетинга как инструмента для объединения усилий отделов продаж и маркетинга. Работа включает разработку программы совершенствования взаимодействия между этими отделами, основанную на выявленных проблемах и постановке соответствующих целей. Программа включает девять рекомендаций, направленных на установление двустороннего обмена информацией между отделами, что способствует более эффективной координации и реализации стратегий. Дополнительно предлагаются метрики для оценки эффективности внедрения предложенных рекомендаций, обеспечивая системный подход к улучшению взаимодействия между отделами и, в итоге, повышению общей эффективности компании.

This paper is devoted to the study of one of the key problems of modern companies - the need for effective interaction between sales and marketing departments. In modern conditions the success of the company depends not only on the efforts of sales representatives, but also on the synergy of sales and marketing departments. Using the example of a company operating in the B2B market, the author analyzes the problems that lead to the gap between marketing efforts and the ability of the sales team to benefit from them. Special attention is paid to the use of direct marketing as a tool for combining the efforts of sales and marketing departments. The work includes the development of a program to improve the collaboration between these departments based on the problems identified and the setting of appropriate goals. The program includes nine recommendations aimed at establishing a two-way flow of information between the departments that facilitates better coordination and strategy implementation. Additionally, metrics are proposed to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of the recommendations, providing a systematic approach to improving the interaction between departments and, ultimately, improving the overall performance of the company.
