Historical routes in the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation: adaptation for Chinese tourists

Abstract

Данная работа представляет собой комплексное исследование становления, развития и современного состояния туризма на территориях, относящихся к Российской Арктике, эволюции данного определения и нормативно-правового регулирования в рамках арктических территорий. Проводится анализ спроса на туристские дестинации в заполярье, оценки данного региона потенциальной целевой аудиторией, а также туристской инфраструктуры. Выделяются основные возможные точки роста и проблемы развития туризма в Арктической зоне Российской Федерации, определяются некоторые геополитические, экономические и экологические аспекты взаимодействия циркумполярных и косвенно заинтересованных в освоении Арктики государств. Актуальность данной работы обусловлена ростом экономического присутствия в регионе восточноазиатских стран, в частности, Китая, оцениваются перспективы сотрудничества и, наконец, на основе полученных данных, предлагается перспективный туристский маршрут для путешественников из КНР с учётом запросов данной категории туристов, а также необходимости включения историко-культурных объектов показа, так или иначе связанных с историческими маршрутами на территории АЗРФ, меры по продвижению предлагаемого к реализации турпродукта в медиа-пространстве Китая.

This work represents a comprehensive study of the formation, development and current state of tourism in the territories belonging to the Russian Arctic, the evolution of this definition and legal regulation within the Arctic territories. The author carries out an analysis of the demand for tourist destinations in the Arctic, assessement of this region by the potential target audience, as well as tourism infrastructure. The main possible growth points and problems of tourism development in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation are identified, and some geopolitical, economic and environmental aspects of interaction between circumpolar and indirectly interested in the development of the Arctic states are determined. The relevance of this work is due to the growing economic presence in the region of East Asian countries, in particular China, the prospects for cooperation are assessed and, finally, based on the data obtained, a promising tourist route for travelers from China is proposed, taking into account the requests of this category of tourists, as well as the need to include historical and cultural objects of display, one way or another connected with historical routes on the territory of the Russian Arctic, measures to promote the tourism product proposed for sale in the media space of China.
