The role of land reform in transformation of land fund and land and property relations in the Russian Federation

Тема: «Роль земельной реформы в трансформации земельного фонда и земельно-имущественных отношений в Российской Федерации» Объём выпускной квалификационной работы 78 страницы, на которых размещены 17 рисунков и 22 таблиц. При написании использовалось 52 источника. Работа состоит из введения, четырех глав, заключения, списка использованной литературы и приложений. В работе рассматривается сущность, основные этапы, цели и задачи современной земельной реформы в России, ее особенности; осуществляется анализ тенденций в изменении структуры земельного фонда в федеральных округах (по категориям земель); рассматривается состояние и тенденции развития земельного рынка в Российской Федерации, а также проблемы рынка земель; показаны основные аспекты осуществления государственного земельного надзора как инструмента рыночных отношений.
