International cooperation between PRC and Russia in the field of water resources protection

Abstract

ВКР посвящена международному сотрудничеству между Китаем и Россией в области охраны водных ресурсов и предлагает перспективы дальнейшего взаимодействия. В работе отмечается, что нерациональное использование водных ресурсов окажет негативное влияние на экономическое развитие и нанесет ущерб среде обитания человека. Поэтому Китаю и России необходимо укреплять международное сотрудничество, создавать механизм мониторинга загрязнения трансграничных водных объектов, разрабатывать политику охраны окружающей среды и меры контроля, сокращать источники загрязнения и совместно работать над очисткой водных объектов. В ВКР также представлены цели и задачи исследования: обзор этапов сотрудничества между двумя странами, анализ современных подходов к управлению водными ресурсами, оценка эффективности существующего сотрудничества и определение перспектив дальнейшего взаимодействия. Теоретическая база исследования включает в себя концепцию устойчивого развития, международные отношения, российско-китайские отношения и политический реализм. Новизна исследования заключается в выявлении новых элементов и потенциала для укрепления сотрудничества между двумя странами, а также в разработке предложений по эффективным природоохранным проектам, которые будут способствовать совместным исследованиям двух стран.

The diploma paper notes that the World Water Center is committed to international cooperation between China and Russia in the field of water resources protection and offers prospects for further cooperation. The document notes that irrational use of water resources will have a negative impact on economic development and damage the human environment. Therefore, China and Russia need to strengthen international cooperation, establish a mechanism for monitoring pollution of transboundary water bodies, develop environmental protection policies and control measures, reduce sources of pollution and work together to purify water bodies. WWRC also presented the aims and objectives of the study: to review the stages of cooperation between the two countries, to analyze modern approaches to water resources management, to assess the effectiveness of existing cooperation, and to identify prospects for further cooperation. The theoretical basis of the research includes the concept of sustainable development, international relations, Sino-Russian relations and political realism. The novelty of the study is the identification of new elements and potentials for strengthening cooperation between the two countries and the proposal of effective environmental projects that would contribute to joint research between the two countries.
