Specificity of regional administration in the tourism sphere of Krasnodarskii krai

Abstract

Краснодарский край является особым туристским регионов Российской Федерации, чья уникальность обусловлена туристско-рекреационным потенциалом, созданными природой и человеком условиями развития туризма и рекреации, характерным вниманием государства и краевых органов власти.

Данная работа посвящена исследованию специфики регионального управления сферой туризма в Краснодарском крае, где управление представлено как деятельность органов государственной власти края по регулирования одной из самых динамично развивающихся сфер экономики – сферы туризма.

В данной работе были изучены природные, социально-экономические и культурно-исторические предпосылки развития сферы туризма на примере Краснодарского края, а также проанализированы теоретико–методологические, нормативно-правовые основы регионального управления туристской сферой.

Krasnodarskii krai is a special tourism region of the Russian Federation, whose uniqueness derives from tourism and recreation potential, from the conditions of development of tourism and recreation created by nature and human, from the distinctive attention of the state and regional authorities.

This work is devoted to study the specificity of the regional administration in the tourism sphere of Krasnodarskii krai, where the administration is presented as activities of public authorities of the region on regulation one of the most dynamically developing sectors of the economy – tourism.

In this work the natural, socio-economic and cultural-historical preconditions of tourism development on the example of Krasnodarskii krai were studied, and also the theoretical and methodological and legal basis of regional management of the tourist sector were analyzed.
