Algebraic Bayesian networks: Аnalysis and synthesis system of secondary structure

Abstract

В выпускной квалификационной работе рассмотрена задача инкрементального и декрементального синтеза вторичной структуры алгебраических байесовских сетей. Для ее решения разработаны три алгоритма, доказаны шесть теорем, формализующих указанные алгоритмы. Кроме того, алгоритмы реализованы в комплексе программ для осуществления такого синтеза.

The bachelor’s thesis considers the problems of incremental and decremental synthesis of algebraic Bayesian networks’ second structure. In order to solve these problems three algorithms were developed and six theorems that formalize these algorithms have been proven. Furthermore, these algorithms were implemented in a software complex in order to construct such structures.
