Migration policy of the European states: History and modernity

Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена актуальной на сегодняшний день теме миграционной политики европейских стран. В работе прослежена эволюция развития миграционного законодательства, представлен анализ специфики миграционной политики Великобритании и Скандинавских государств на современном этапе. Автор рассматривает теоретические аспекты миграции, выявляет важнейшие черты миграционной политики и способы ее регулирования, обозначает основные этапы развития процессов международной миграции, выделяет характерные особенности современной миграционной ситуации в Европе. Так же в работе представлены перспективы развития единой миграционной политики в европейском регионе и прогноз изменения плотности иммиграционных потоков. Отличительной особенностью работы является комплексное исследование миграционной политики в Швеции, Норвегии, Дании.

This graduation work is devoted to the actual topic of the migration policy of the European countries. The paper traced the evolution of the migration legislation in historical perspective, presents an analysis of the specifics of the migration policy of Great Britain and the Scandinavian states at the present stage. The author dwells on the theoretical aspects of migration, identifies the most important features of the migration policy and ways of its regulation, represents the main stages in the development of international migration, and highlights the characteristics of contemporary migration situation in Europe. Also in the paper presented the development prospects of a unified migration policy in the European region and the forecast of changes in the density of immigration flows. A distinctive feature of the work is a comprehensive study of Migration Policy of Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
