Formation and development of the Russian market of long-term investments in infrastructure

Abstract

Работа представляет собой законченное исследование долгосрочного инвестирования в инфраструктуру и состоит из 3 глав, каждая из которых последовательно раскрывает содержание работы. В первой главе рассматриваются существующие, планируемые и необходимые инвестиций в инфраструктуру, а также организационно-правовое обеспечение рынка долгосрочного инвестирования вообще, и в частности – в инфраструктуру. Вторая глава раскрывает способы организации финансирования в инфраструктуру, включая мировую практику, в частности, подробно рассмотрен механизм проектного финансирования, а также область инфраструктурных облигаций. Кроме того, во второй главе представлены возможные меры стимулирования роста инвестиций в инфраструктуру. Третья глава представляет собой систематизированную методику оценки эффективности проектов в формате государственно-частного партнерства в части определения финансовой и социально-экономической эффективностей, а также в части определения сравнительного преимущества того или иного проекта.

Work is a completed study of long-term investment into infrastructure and consists of 3 chapters, which has consistently disclosed the content of the work. The first chapter introduces the existing, planned and necessary investments into infrastructure, as well as legal support for long-term investment market in general and in particular - into infrastructure. The second chapter describes the ways of organizing the financing of infrastructure, including international practice. Moreover,the second chapter discussed in detail the mechanism of project financing, as well as the issue of ​​infrastructure bonds. In addition, the second chapter presents possible measures to stimulate the growth of investment into infrastructure. The third chapter is a systematized methodology of assessment of the effectiveness of projects in the form of public-private partnership in the definition of the financial, socio-economic benefits and the comparative advantage of a project.
