dc.description.abstract | В данной ВКР рассматривается мотивация молодых специалистов поколения Z, которые начинают выходить на рынок труда. Целью данной работы является определение факторов, которые оказывают влияние на трудовую мотивацию молодых специалистов поколения Z. Структура данной ВКР выглядит следующим образом. Первая глава отражает теоретические основы мотивации сотрудников, где описаны существующие подходы к мотивации и стимулированию. Во второй главе представлены уже существующие исследования поколений, в том числе и поколения Z, личностных характеристик данного поколения, особенностей его мотивации и отличий от предыдущих поколений. Третья глава описывает проведенные качественное и количественное исследования, в ней сформулированы выводы по результатам работы, которые отражают факторы, оказывающие влияние на мотивацию молодых специалистов поколения Z, а также рекомендации по стимулированию молодых специалистов поколения Z. Информация, полученная по результатам проведения данного исследования, может быть полезна менеджменту в современных организациях, которые стремятся адаптировать рабочую среду для сотрудников поколения Z, которые начинают выходить на рынок труда и занимать рабочие места. Данные об особенностях мотивации поколения Z и факторах, которые на нее влияют, могут быть полезны при построении систем стимулирования персонала, относящегося к поколению Z. | ru_RU |
dc.description.abstract | This thesis examines the motivation of young professionals of Generation Z who are starting to enter the labor market. The purpose of this work is to determine the factors that influence the work motivation of young specialists of Generation Z. The structure of this paper is as follows. The first chapter reflects on the theoretical foundations of employee motivation, which describes the existing approaches to motivation and stimulation. The second chapter presents already existing studies of generations, including Generation Z, the personal characteristics of this generation, the features of its motivation and its differences from previous generations. The third chapter describes the qualitative and quantitative research conducted, it formulates the conclusions based on the results of the work, which reflect the factors that influence the motivation of young specialists of Generation Z, as well as recommendations for stimulating young specialists of Generation Z. The information obtained from the results of this study can be useful to management in modern organizations that seek to adapt the work environment for employees of Generation Z, who are beginning to enter the labor market and take jobs. The information about the characteristics of motivation of Generation Z and the factors that influence it can be useful in building incentive systems for personnel belonging to Generation Z. | en_GB |
