Interaction of state bodies and business and anticorruption policy in Russia

Abstract

Бакалаврская работа посвящена исследованию способов взаимодействия органов государственной власти и бизнеса в сфере противодействия коррупции. Проблема противодействия коррупции рассматривается как с позиции бизнеса и иллюстрируется SWOT-анализом Антикоррупционной хартий российского бизнеса, так и со стороны органов власти, на примере отдела экономической безопасности и противодействия коррупции МВД РФ. В ходе исследования определены основные направления совершенствования взаимодействия органов власти и бизнеса в данном вопросе.

The bachelor work is devoted to research of ways of interaction between the public authorities and business the area of anti-corruption policies. The problem of anti-corruption policies is seen both by business and is illustrated by the SWOT-analysis of Anti-Corruption Charter of the Russian Bussiness and by the authorities using the example of the department of economic security and anti-corruption of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. The research finding helped to determine the main direction of improving the interaction between the authorities and business in this matter.
