Electronic (digital) political participation of citizens of the Russian Federation: problems and prospects of development

Abstract

Дипломная работа посвящена исследованию цифрового политического участия в России. В работе рассматриваются теоретико-методологические основания изучения политического участия, его сущность и формы в контексте политической социологии, а также политическая активность как форма политического участия. Особое внимание уделяется цифровому политическому участию, как новой форме политической активности, его особенностям и возможностям в России, а также проблемам и перспективам его развития. В эмпирической части работы проводится исследование цифрового политического участия в Саратовской области, выявляются особенности данного феномена и анализируются возможности его развития на уровне страны. Цель работы – провести комплексное исследование цифрового политического участия в России, выявить его особенности и перспективы развития. В ходе исследования будут рассмотрены задачи, связанные с изучением сущности цифрового (электронного) политического участия и его связи с политической активностью, выявлением основных форм цифрового политического участия и их подходов к изучению, анализом особенностей данной формы участия на примере Саратовской области, а также определением проблем и перспектив развития цифрового политического участия на уровне страны.

The thesis is devoted to the study of digital political participation in Russia. The paper examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of political participation, its essence and forms in the context of political sociology, as well as political activity as a form of political participation. Special attention is paid to digital political participation as a new form of political activity, its features and opportunities in Russia, as well as problems and prospects for its development. In the empirical part of the work, a study of digital political participation in the Saratov region is conducted, the features of this phenomenon are identified and the possibilities of its development at the country level are analyzed. The purpose of the work is to conduct a comprehensive study of digital political participation in Russia, to identify its features and prospects for development. In the course of the research, the tasks related to the study of the essence of political participation and its connection with political activity, identification of the main forms of digital political participation and their approaches to study, analysis of the features of this form of participation on the example of the Saratov region, as well as identification of problems and prospects for the development of digital political participation at the national level will be considered.
