Political Aspects of Interaction among BRICS Countries in the field of Healthcare. Based on the example of COVID-19 Pandemic

Abstract

Данная магистерская диссертация оценивает актуальность политического взаимодействия стран группы БРИКС в контексте борьбы с пандемией COVID-19. В условиях глобального кризиса, вызванного COVID-19, страны БРИКС играют важную роль в противодействии пандемии и глобальном управлении здравоохранением, путём совместной разработки и реализации совместных стратегий. В работе использованы методы сравнительного анализа и системного подхода для изучения политического сотрудничества и сотрудничества в области медицины среди стран группы БРИКС. Сравнительный анализ позволяет выявить сходства и различия в подходах и стратегиях каждой страны к борьбе с пандемией и управлению здравоохранением. Системный подход позволяет рассмотреть эти стратегии в контексте их взаимосвязей и влияния на общие результаты и эффективность. Использование указанных методов и подходов позволяет получить глубокое и всестороннее понимание особенностей политического взаимодействия стран группы БРИКС в контексте борьбы с COVID-19. Результаты исследования предоставляют новые практические знания о том, как страны могут сотрудничать в области здравоохранения и эффективно управлять глобальными вызовами в сфере здравоохранения. Данная магистерская диссертация исследует особенности политического взаимодействия стран группы БРИКС в контексте борьбы с пандемией COVID-19. Основной упор в работе делается на применение концепции биополитики для анализа политических стратегий и действий данных стран в области здравоохранения. В ходе исследования установлена существенная роль стран группы БРИКС в глобальном управлении здравоохранением, а также выявлены факторы, влияющие на их эффективное сотрудничество в борьбе с COVID-19. Диссертация также предлагает сопоставление особенностей политического сотрудничества между странами группы БРИКС и сотрудничества в области медицины. Это позволяет выявить взаимосвязь и влияние политических факторов на реализацию совместных медицинских и здравоохранительных инициатив в контексте борьбы с пандемией. В результате исследования представлены важные выводы о том, как страны группы БРИКС используют инструменты биополитики для эффективного управления здравоохранением, противодействия распространению коронавирусной инфекции и сотрудничества.

This master's dissertation evaluates the relevance of political interactions among the BRICS countries in the context of combating the COVID-19 pandemic. In the face of the global crisis caused by COVID-19, BRICS countries play an important role in pandemic response and global health governance through joint development and implementation of collaborative strategies. The study utilizes comparative analysis and a systemic approach to examine political cooperation and medical collaboration among the BRICS countries. Comparative analysis helps identify similarities and differences in the approaches and strategies of each country in combating the pandemic and managing healthcare. The systemic approach allows for the consideration of these strategies in the context of their interrelationships and their impact on overall outcomes and effectiveness. The use of these methods and approaches enables a deep and comprehensive understanding of the peculiarities of political interactions among the BRICS countries in the context of combating COVID-19. The research results provide new practical knowledge on how countries can collaborate in healthcare and effectively manage global health challenges. This master's dissertation explores the peculiarities of political interactions among the BRICS countries in the context of combating the COVID-19 pandemic. The focus of the study is primarily on applying the concept of biopolitics to analyze the political strategies and actions of these countries in the field of healthcare. The research establishes the significant role of the BRICS countries in global health governance and identifies factors influencing their effective cooperation in combating COVID-19. The dissertation also offers a comparison of the characteristics of political cooperation among the BRICS countries and medical collaboration.
