Impact of the real estate industry and market on development in Russia and China: an economic and sociological analysis

Abstract

Развитие индустрии и рынка недвижимости внесло важный вклад в экономику обеих стран и повлекло за собой целый ряд социальных и экономических последствий. В последние десятилетия рост экономики России и Китая положительно повлиял на социально-экономическое развитие обеих стран. По мере роста экономик, российскому и китайскому секторам недвижимости также уделялось все больше внимания.Индустрия недвижимости также оказывает растущее влияние на общество в целом. Именно поэтому изучение влияния индустрии недвижимости на развитие российского и китайского обществ имеет большое теоретическое и практическое значение как для социологии, так и для социально-экономического развития наших стран. В данной работе используется сочетание статистического анализа и анализа полуструктурированных интервью для глубокого анализа влияния характеристик и проблем развития сектора недвижимости на российский и китайский рынки недвижимости, а также для анализа тенденций на российском и китайском рынках недвижимости. Мы рассмотрим вклад сектора недвижимости в экономику России и Китая, влияние сектора недвижимости на занятость в России и Китае, а также проведем углубленный анализ влияния индустрии недвижимости на социальное развитие российского и китайского общества, влияние индустрии недвижимости на процесс урбанизации в России и Китае и влияние сектора недвижимости на социальную структуру китайского и российского общества.

The development of the real estate industry and market has made important contributions to the economies of both countries and has entailed a range of social and economic consequences. In recent decades, economic growth in Russia and China has positively influenced the social and economic development of both countries. As the economies have grown, the Russian and Chinese real estate sectors have also received increasing attention.The real estate industry has also had a growing impact on society as a whole. That is why studying the impact of the real estate industry on the development of Russian and Chinese societies is of great theoretical and practical importance both for sociology and for the socioeconomic development of our countries. This paper uses a combination of statistical analysis and semi-structured interview analysis to analyze in depth the impact of the characteristics and problems of real estate sector development on the Russian and Chinese real estate markets, as well as to analyze trends in the Russian and Chinese real estate markets. We will consider the real estate sector's contribution to the economies of Russia and China, the real estate sector's impact on employment in Russia and China, and will conduct an in-depth analysis of the real estate industry's impact on social development in Russian and Chinese society, the real estate industry's impact on the urbanization process in Russia and China, and the real estate sector's impact on the social structure of Chinese and Russian society.
