Accounting for innovative project risks through cash flow adjustment

Abstract

С каждым годом теме инновациям и их роли в экономическом развитии уделяется все больше внимания, а отдельные страны ставят цель развития инноваций и инновационных проектов в ранг национального приоритета. Реализация инновационного проекта не может происходить в отрыве от внешней среды, следовательно, необходимо проводить анализ возможных последствий ее воздействия, что находит отражение в рисках проекта. В настоящий момент для учета проектных рисков разработано множество методов, однако не каждый из них может быть использован для инновационного проекта. Необходимость проведения анализа рисков инновационных проектов, находящихся как на стадии планирования, так и реализации, в совокупности с отсутствием среди ученых, занимающихся данным вопросом, согласия по поводу универсального метода делают данную проблему актуальной для изучения. Целью работы является изучение методов учета проектных рисков и специфики их применения для инновационных проектов. Объектом изучения в работе являются методы учета рисков инновационного проекта посредством корректировки их денежных потоков. Работа состоит из трех глав, в каждой из которых содержится 3 пункта, и приложений. Представлены 11 таблиц и 3 рисунка.

Every year the theme of innovation and their role in economic development is paid more and more attention, and individual countries make the national priority the goal of innovative projects development. The implementation of an innovative project cannot take place in isolation from the environment, therefore, it is necessary to analyze the possible consequences of its impact, which is reflected in the project risks. At present, a variety of techniques to take into account project risks were developed, but not all of them can be used for innovative projects. At the same time the importance of analyzing planned and implemented innovative projects risks and the lack of agreement among scientists about the universal method make the problem relevant to the study. The aim is to study the accounting methods of project risks and the specifics of their application for innovative projects. The object of study in innovative project risks accounting methods by adjusting cash flows. The work consists of three chapters, each of which contains 3 points, and applications. Eleven tables and three figures are presented.
