Youth unemployment as a socio-economic phenomenon in Russia and China

Abstract

В настоящее время стоит очень остро вопрос занятости молодежи в современной науке, но он недостаточно изучен. Изучение этого вопроса имеет как теоретическую, так и практическую значимость. Ведь как в России, так и в Китае происходят изменения в политической жизни, в развитии экономик, в социальной сфере. В нынешнее время молодежная безработица стала социально-экономическим явлением в России и в Китае. Поэтому очень важно теоретически осмыслить феномен молодежной безработицы, что предполагает разделение данной проблемы на несколько вопросов: позицию правительств в вопросе трудоустройства молодежи, как зависят экономики стран от трудоустройства молодежи, какое социально-политическое состояние обществ. Все это в данный период истории актуально. Необходимо создать комплексный подход к этой проблеме, а именно: изучить причины и особенности молодежной безработицы, проанализировать создание новых рабочих мест для занятости молодежи, роль государства в решении данной проблемы.

At present the issue of youth employment in modern science is very acute, but it has not been studied enough. The study of this issue has both theoretical and practical relevance. After all, both Russia and China are undergoing changes in political life, in the development of economies, and in the social sphere. At present, youth unemployment has become a socio-economic phenomenon in Russia and China. Therefore, it is very important to theoretically comprehend the phenomenon of youth unemployment, which involves dividing this problem into several issues: the position of governments on the issue of youth employment, how the economies of countries depend on youth employment, what is the socio-political state of societies. All of this is relevant at this time in history. It is necessary to create a comprehensive approach to this problem, namely to study the causes and characteristics of youth unemployment, to analyze the creation of new jobs for youth employment, the role of the state in solving this problem.
