Материалы исследования: были исследованы амбулаторные карты 550 пациентов (275 пациентов проходили лечение в клинике «Dentima» и 275 пациентов в городской детской стоматологической поликлинике №6 г. Санкт-Петербурга). Цель работы: Целью данного исследования является оценка причин удаления постоянных зубов у детей 6-17 лет, с последующей выработкой рекомендаций по снижению их влияния. Задачи работы: 1. Получить данные об удалении постоянных зубов на базе городской детской стоматологической поликлиники №6 г. Санкт-Петербурга; 2. Получить данные об удалении постоянных зубов на базе клиники «Dentima» (Эстония); 3. Проанализировать полученные данные; 4. Сравнить полученные данные; 5. Определить частоту различных причин удаления зубов и выделить управляемые и неуправляемые причины; 6. Выработать рекомендации по снижению влияния управляемых причин раннего удаления зубов у детей. Основные результаты и выводы: Согласно полученным данным, первые постоянные моляры являются наиболее удаляемыми зубами. Рассматривая причины удаления постоянных зубов у детей, а также ранее проведенные исследования, было доказано, что главной причиной удаления являются осложнения кариеса, в большинстве случаев – это хронический апикальный периодонтит. Высокий процент обусловлен плохой гигиеной, редком посещении врача-стоматолога, возможно, в связи с тем, что в семье не была проведена установка к посещению стоматолога. Возможно, имелся негативный опыт посещения врача-стоматолога или дети просто отказались посещать стоматолога. 1. Главная причина удаления постоянных зубов у детей – осложнения кариеса; 2. Осложнения кариеса являются управляемой причиной удаления зубов ; 3. Травма, ретинированные зубы и ортодонтические показания являются неуправляемой причиной удаления зубов у детей; 4. Большая часть зубов удаленных по ортодонтическим показаниям – премоляры; 5. Чаще всего удаляется первый постоянных моляр.

Develop recommendations to reduce the impact of manageable causes of early tooth extraction in children. The main results and conclusions: According to the data obtained, the first permanent molars are the most extracted teeth. Considering the reasons for the extraction of permanent teeth in children, as well as previous studies, it was proved that the main reason for the extraction is the complications of caries, in most cases it is chronic apical periodontitis. A high percentage is due to poor hygiene, rare visits to the dentist, possibly due to the fact that the family did not have an appointment to visit the dentist. Perhaps there was a negative experience of visiting a dentist, or the children simply refused to visit a dentist. 1. The main reason for the removal of permanent teeth in children is the complications of caries; 2. Complications of caries are a manageable cause of tooth extraction; 3. Trauma, impacted teeth and orthodontic indications are an unmanageable cause of tooth extraction in children; 4. Most of the teeth removed for orthodontic reasons are premolars; 5. Most often, the first permanent molar is removed.
