Venture financing of small innovative enterprises in Russia

Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена исследованию института финансирования малых инновационных предприятий, выявлению наиболее эффективного способа финансирования, определению особенностей венчурного финансирования и практическому применению полученных результатов для компании, производящей инновационную робототехнику. Целью представленной ВКР является определение особенностей венчурного финансирования малого инновационного предпринимательства и его места в России. Объектом исследования выступают методологические основы и практические принципы функционирования венчурного финансирования. Предметом исследования являются варианты способов финансирования проекта ScratchDuino с помощью показателей финансово-хозяйственной деятельности АО «Тырнет». Работа состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения и списка литературы, состоящего из сорока одного источника, изложена на пятидесяти восьми страницах, включает семь таблиц, семь рисунков и два приложения. В первой главе рассмотрено понятие малого инновационного предпринимательства в России, проанализированы различные организационно-правовые формы, а также способы финансирования с целью выявления более предпочтительного для ведения инновационного бизнеса. Во второй главе описан способ финансирования малых фирм за счет финансовой поддержки венчурных фондов, проведен анализ рынка венчурных инвестиций в России, выявлены положительные и отрицательные аспекты данного вида финансирования. Третья глава посвящена расчету эффективности проекта ScratchDuino малого инновационного предприятия АО «Тырнет», исследованию его конкурентов способам финансирования данного проекта, в том числе с участием венчурного капитала. Данная работа актуальна для современной экономической науки, поскольку Россия находится на этапе перехода к инновационно-ориентированной модели экономики, а венчурное финансирование играет важную роль в этом преобразовании.

Final qualifying work is devoted to research of the Institute financing of small innovative enterprises, identification of the most effective ways of financing, the definition of the features of venture capital financing and the practical application of the results for the company that produces innovative robotics. The purpose of the SRS is provided to determine the characteristics of venture capital financing of small innovative business and its place in Russia. The object of the study is the methodological basis and practical principles of the functioning of venture capital financing. Scopes of the research are options on for financing the project ScratchDuino figures of financial-economic activity of JSC "Tyrnete". The work consists of an introduction, three heads, conclusion and the list of references consisting of forty-one sources. It contains: fifty-eight pages, seven figures, seven tables, and two appendices. In the first chapter is considered the concept of small innovative business in Russia, are analyzed various of organizational forms, as well as the financing methods in order to identify more preferred to conduct business innovation. In the second chapter describes a method of financing for small businesses through financial support to venture capital funds, carried out a market analysis of venture capital investments in Russia, revealed positive and negative aspects of this type of financing. The third chapter is devoted to the calculation of the efficiency of the project ScratchDuino of small innovative enterprises JSC "Tyrnete", study of its competitors methods of financing of the project, including with the participation of venture capital. This work is relevant to the modern economic science, because Russia is in transition to innovation-oriented economic model, and venture financing plays an important role in this transformation.
