A study of engineering and geological conditions of the pre-school educational institution construction site located in the Primorsky district of St Petersburg

Abstract

В данной дипломной работе рассмотрены особенности инженерно-геологического и гидрогеологического строения территории Санкт-Петербурга. Изучены физико-механические свойства горных пород, полученные полевыми и лабораторными методами. Особое внимание уделено гидрохимическим условиям основных водоносных горизонтов, которые влияют на безопасность строительства и эксплуатации сооружений. По результатам анализа приведен расчет несущей способности свайного фундамента проектируемого сооружения.

In this thesis, the features of the engineering-geological and hydrogeological structure of the territory of St. Petersburg are considered. The physico-mechanical properties of rocks obtained by field and laboratory methods have been studied. Special attention is paid to the hydrochemical conditions of the main aquifers, which affect the safety of construction and operation of structures. Based on the results of the analysis, the calculation of the bearing capacity of the pile foundation of the projected structure is given.
