Relations between modern teenagers and their fathers: causes of conflicts and their prevention

Abstract

Взаимоотношения современных подростков и отцов: причины конфликтов и их профилактика В выпускной квалификационной работе рассматриваются особенности взаимоотношений современных подростков и их отцов, а также причины возникающих между ними конфликтов и меры их профилактики. Отношения современных подростков и отцов претерпевают значительные изменения под влиянием XXI века. Контекст времени вынуждает мужчин брать на себя большую ответственность за воспитание детей, а вместе с тем и осваивать необходимые навыки коммуникации с подростком. Кроме того, на сегодняшний день возникновению и развитию конфликтов способствуют актуализированные с приходом нового столетия явления, такие как гаджетозависимость и подростковый инфантилизм. Выпускная квалификационная работа состоит из трех глав. В первой главе рассматривается теоретическая интерпретация конфликта и детерминанты противостояния поколений. Вторая глава посвящена изучению особенностей современных подростков и представителей старшего поколения – отцов, – как непосредственных участников конфликта. Третья глава содержит собственное эмпирическое исследование, на основе которого выделены факторы межпоколенческой конфликтности и даны соответствующие рекомендации по их профилактике.

Relationships between modern teenagers and fathers: causes of conflicts and their prevention The final qualifying work examines the peculiarities of the relationship between modern adolescents and their fathers, as well as the causes of conflicts arising between them and measures for their prevention. The relationship of modern teenagers and fathers is undergoing significant changes under the influence of the XXI century. The context of time forces men to take on greater responsibility for raising children, and at the same time to master the necessary communication skills with a teenager. In addition, to date, the emergence and development of conflicts are promoted by phenomena actualized with the advent of the new century, such as gadget addiction and adolescent infantilism. The final qualifying work consists of three chapters. The first chapter examines the theoretical interpretation of the conflict and the determinants of the confrontation of generations. The second chapter is devoted to the study of the characteristics of modern adolescents and representatives of the older generation – fathers – as direct participants in the conflict. The third chapter contains its own empirical research, on the basis of which the factors of intergenerational conflict are identified and appropriate recommendations for their prevention are given.
