The role of land management and cadastre in increasing the investment attractiveness of agricultural territories in Leningrad region

Abstract

В данной выпускной квалификационной работе проводится анализ влияния землеустроительных и кадастровых работ на инвестиционную привлекательность территорий сельскохозяйственного назначения. Проанализированы понятие и методы оценки инвестиционной привлекательности, ключевой проблемой которой является отсутствие правовых норм, регламентирующих на законодательном уровне единое понятие и методику оценки инвестиционной привлекательности. Выявлены проблемы и недостатки земель сельскохозяйственного назначения Ленинградской области. Предлагаются направления улучшения использования землеустройства и кадастра, как инструмента привлечения инвестиций для земель сельскохозяйственного назначения в Ленинградской области и повышения их инвестиционной привлекательность.

In this final qualifying work, the analysis of the impact of land management and cadastral works on the investment attractiveness of agricultural territories is carried out. The concept and methods of assessing investment attractiveness are analyzed, the key problem of which is the lack of legal norms regulating at the legislative level a single concept and methodology for assessing investment attractiveness. The problems and shortcomings of agricultural lands of the Leningrad region are revealed. The directions of improving the use of land management and cadastre as a tool for attracting investments for agricultural land in the Leningrad region and increasing their investment attractiveness are proposed.
