A study of engineering and geological conditions on the construction site of a multi-storey residential building located in the Lomonosovsky district, Leningrad region

Abstract

В данной работе приводятся результаты исследования инженерно-геологических условий участка строительства многоквартирного многоэтажного жилого дома, расположенного в Ломоносовском районе Ленинградской области. Целью работы является изучение геологических, инженерно-геологических и гидрогеологических условий для строительства данного объекта. По итогам проведённых исследований дана характеристика инженерно-геологических условий участка предполагаемого строительства и приведены инженерно-геологические расчёты для выбора оптимального типа фундамента для данного сооружения.

This paper presents the results of a study of the engineering and geological conditions of the construction site of an apartment multi-storey residential building located in the Lomonosovsky district of the Leningrad region. The purpose of the work is to study the geological, engineering-geological and hydrogeological conditions for the construction of this facility. Based on the results of the conducted research, the characteristic of the engineering-geological conditions of the site of the proposed construction is given and engineering-geological calculations are given to select the optimal type of foundation for this structure.
