The hydrology of the Lakes in the Antarctic Oases: editorial and publishing preparation of the electronic atlas

Abstract

За последние несколько лет коллективом авторов (преподавателями и студентами кафедр: картографии и геоинформатики; гидрологии суши; геоэкологии) были разработаны базы данных и серия электронных карт гидрологических, гидрохимических и гидроэкологических параметров озер оазисов Антарктиды. Было принято решение на основе этих материалов создать электронный атлас в формате *pdf печать. Данная работа посвящена подготовке к изданию электронного атласа, содержащего гидрологические, гидрохимические и гидроэкологические характеристики озер антарктических оазисов. Подробно рассмотрены представленные в атласе параметры озер. Выполнены редакционная и издательская подготовка электронного атласа. В атласе содержатся карты и научно-справочная информация. Атлас «Гидрологические характеристики озер оазисов Антарктиды» - первое в мире издание, посвященное отображению гидрологических, гидрохимических и гидроэкологических параметров озер антарктических оазисов.

Over the past few years, a team of authors (teachers and students of the Department of Cartography and Geoinformatics; Land Hydrology; Geoecology) have developed databases and a series of electronic maps of hydrological, hydrochemical and hydroecological parameters of lakes of the oases of Antarctica. It was decided to create an electronic atlas in *pdf format based on these materials. This work is devoted to the preparation for the publication of the electronic atlas containing hydrological, hydrochemical and hydroecological characteristics of lakes of Antarctic oases. The parameters of lakes presented in the atlas are considered in detail. Editorial and publishing preparation of the electronic atlas has been carried out. The atlas contains maps and scientific reference information. Atlas "Hydrological Characteristics of Antarctic Oasis Lakes" is the world's first publication dedicated to displaying hydrological, hydrochemical and hydroecological parameters of Antarctic oasis lakes.
