Linguistic means of establishing and maintaining contact in the Messages of the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation: Linguistic and pragmatic aspect

Abstract

Данная выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена выявлению средств установления и поддержания контакта с аудиторией в публичной политической речи на примере Посланий президента Российской Федерации В.В. Путина Федеральному собранию РФ и их анализу в аспекте лингвопрагматики. Контакт с аудиторией усиливает воздействующую функцию устной публичной речи, является важным показателем её эффективности. Ораторское искусство В.В. Путина уже получило высокую оценку у специалистов, однако языковые средства установления и поддержания контакта в его выступлениях до сих пор не исследованы. В работе представлен системный анализ прямых и косвенных способов установления и поддержания контакта оратора с адресатом, выявлены языковые средства их выражения, описана контактоустанавливающая тактика речевого поведения президента РФ.

This graduation qualification work is devoted to the problem of identifying the means of establishing and maintaining contact with the audience in public political speech on the example of the Messages of the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and their analysis in the aspect of linguistic and pragmatics. Contact with the audience enhances the influencing function of oral public speech, is an important indicator of its effectiveness. V.V. Putin's oratory skill has already been highly appreciated by experts, but the linguistic means of establishing and maintaining contact in his speeches have not yet been analyzed. The thesis presents a systematic analysis of direct and indirect ways of establishing and maintaining contact between the speaker and the addressee identifies the linguistic means of their expression, describes the contact-establishing tactics of the speech behavior of the President of the Russian Federation.
