Political participation of residents of Chinese urban communities

Abstract

Актуальность темы исследования заключена в том, что источником власти в демократических странах является народ, обусловливающий повышенное внимание ученых, исследующих политику, в том числе и политических психологов, социологов ко всем аспектам участия граждан в политическом процессе. Поскольку рыночная экономика Китая углубляется и ускоряется процессами урбанизации, роль низового гражданского участия в экономическом и социальном развитии Китая становятся все более важными. Ученые все больше фокусируются на политическом участии в этой области. Цель состоит в том, чтобы произвести комплексное изучение процесса построения китайских городских общин, выявить роль политического участия жителей городских общин в нем. Для достижения цели, необходимо решить следующие задачи: 1) изучить процесс теоретические исследования общины, определить данный процесс в соответствии с целью диссертации; 2) определить понятие политического участия; 3) проанализировать политический фон и процесс построения китайских городских общин; 4) выявить способы и виды политического участия жителей китайских городских общин; 5) предложить меры по усилению политического участия жителей. Предметом исследования являются факторы, влияющие на политическое участие жителей китайских городских общин. Объектом исследования является политическое участие жителей городских общин.

The relevance of the research topic lies in the fact that the source of power in democratic countries is the people, which causes increased attention of scientists who study politics, including political psychologists, sociologists, to all aspects of citizens' participation in the political process. As China's market economy deepens and accelerates with urbanization, the role of grassroots civic participation in China's economic and social development is becoming increasingly important. Scholars are increasingly focusing on political participation in this area. The goal is to conduct a comprehensive study of the process of building Chinese urban communities, to identify the role of political participation of residents of urban communities in it. To achieve the goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: 1) study the process of theoretical research of the community, determine this process in accordance with the purpose of the dissertation; 2) define the concept of political participation; 3) analyze the political background and the process of building Chinese urban communities; 4) identify ways and types of political participation of residents of Chinese urban communities; 5) propose measures to increase the political participation of residents. The subject of the research is the factors influencing the political participation of residents of Chinese urban communities. The object of the study is the political participation of residents of urban communities.
