The Analysis of Strategies for the Development of Super-Apps in the World Markets

Abstract

Цель дипломной работы заключается в выявлении основных факторов успеха развития супераппов. Для достижения поставленной цели решались следующие задачи: обзор существующей литературы; изучение подробно кейсов лидеров рынка; определение наиболее значимых направлений в формировании и развитии суперприложений; выявление факторов, при которых суперапп становится успешным; формулирование рекомендации для развития супераппов. Основным результатом исследования является создание перечня рекомендации для стратегий развития спуерприложений, а также выделение 3 факторов успешности развития супераппов.

The purpose of the thesis is to identify the main success factors for the development of superapps. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved: a review of the existing literature; studying in detail the cases of market leaders; determination of the most significant directions in the formation and development of super applications; identifying the factors under which a superapp becomes successful; formulation of recommendations for the development of superapps. The main result of the study is the creation of a list of recommendations for strategies for the development of superapps, as well as the identification of 3 success factors for the development of superapps.
