Urban development programmes as a tool to make urban territories more attractive

Abstract

Тема данной выпускной квалификационной работы: программы развития городских территорий как инструмент повышения их привлекательности. Данная работа направлена на выявление основных тенденций влияния развития городских территорий на рост их привлекательности. Также в ней решаются следующие задачи: изучение понятия развития территорий, определение понятий девелопмента и редевелопмента, изучение основных результатов проведения работ по территориальному развитию, исследование понятия привлекательности территорий, анализ структуры привлекательности территорий, выявление роли процессов развития территорий в повышении уровня их привлекательности, анализ реальных проектов развития территорий, и проведение исследований, насколько их развитие повлияло на их привлекательность.

The topic of this diploma: urban development programs as a tool to make urban territories more attractive. This work is aimed at identifying the main trends in the influence of urban development on the growth of their attractiveness. It also solves the following tasks: the definition of the concept of territorial development; the definition of the concepts of development and redevelopment; the definition of the main results of the work on territorial development; the analysis of the concept of attractiveness of territories; the analysis of the structure of attractiveness of territories; the identification of the role of territorial development processes in increasing their attractiveness; the analysis of real projects for the development of territories, and conducting research on if their development has affected their attractiveness.
