Issues in implementing large-scale projects in the industrial zones of St Petersburg

Abstract

В данной выпускной квалификационной работе проводится выделение классификации промышленных территорий, исследуются механизмы привлечения инвесторов в проекты. Выявляются основные проблемы, затрудняющие реализацию крупных проектов на промышленных территориях Санкт-Петербурга. На основе анализа опыта осуществления проектов редевелопмента в городе разрабатывается ряд рекомендаций и предложений по совершенствованию процессов развития промышленных территорий в Санкт-Петербурге, способствующих устойчивому социально-экономическому развитию Санкт-Петербурга и росту его инвестиционного потенциала.

In this final qualifying work, the classification of industrial territories is highlighted, the mechanisms of attracting investors to projects are investigated. The main problems hindering the implementation of large-scale projects in the industrial zones of St. Petersburg are identified. Based on the analysis of the experience of implementing redevelopment projects in the city, a number of recommendations and proposals are being developed to improve the development of industrial zones in St. Petersburg, contributing to the sustainable socio-economic development of St. Petersburg. St. Petersburg and the growth of its investment potential.
