The Development of a Project for Training Paramedical Staff of a Dental Clinic Using Immersive Technologies in the Dental Management Company LLC

Abstract

Основной целью данной работы является разработка проекта обучения среднего медицинского персонала стоматологической клиники с помощью иммерсивных технологий и предложение рекомендаций по его реализации. Для достижения поставленной цели были изучены теоретические материалы на тему использования иммерсивных технологий в обучении и, в частности, в сфере медицины, рассмотрены существующие кейсы использования виртуальной реальности в медицине, проанализирован процесс обучения в рассматриваемой компании путем проведения интервью, опроса и анализа документации. Результатами работы являются выявленные требования к проекту обучения среднего медицинского персонала компании, план реализации и внедрения, финансовое обоснование проекта и рекомендации по его реализации.

The main goal of this paper is to develop a project for the training of Paramedical staff of a dental clinic using immersive technologies and to offer recommendations for its implementation. To achieve this goal, I studied theoretical materials on the use of immersive technologies in education, reviewed existing cases of using virtual reality in medicine, analyzed the learning process in a company through interviews, surveys and documentation analysis. The results of the paper are the requirements for the project of training the company's Paramedical staff, the project implementation plan, the financial justification for the project and recommendations for its implementation.
