Linguistic and cultural aspects of conducting business negotiations. Comparative study

Abstract

В работе рассматривается влияние национальной культуры на процесс ведения деловых переговоров представителями русской, английской, французской и испанской лингвокультурной общности. Проводится сравнительный анализ национального переговорного стиля указанных лингвокультур на предпереговорном и собственно переговорном этапах. На основании результатов проведенного анализа выработаны рекомендации по ведению переговоров с представителями соответствующих лингвокультурных общностей.

The work examines the impact of national culture on the process of conducting business negotiations by the representatives of the Russian, English, French and Spanish linguocultural communities. A comparative analysis of the national negotiation style of these linguocultures is carried out at the pre-negotiation and actual negotiation stages. Based on the results of the analysis, recommendations are developed for negotiating with the representatives of the relevant linguocultural communities.
