Evaluation of ICT competences of the population of a large city

Abstract

Работа посвящена обоснованию факта того, что ИКТ-компетенция является иструментом социального управления для влияния на потребительское поле. Произведён анализ открытых статистических данных, проведено собственное исследование. На основе полученных выводов составлены рекомендации для использования социальным управлением ИКТ-компетенции в целях повышения качества жизни.

The work is devoted to the justification of the fact that ICT competence is a social management tool for the impact on the consumer field.
