Actualization of the historical and cultural environment of Vyborg: The current state and perspectives

Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена разработке комплексной концепции по актуализации историко-культурной среды города Выборг, основывающейся на общетеоретических исследованиях и международном практическом опыте по актуализации городской среды, а также учитывающей специфику законодательства и роль неправительственных организаций в данной области. Отдельное внимание уделено средовому подходу в сфере консервации, реставрации и актуализации культурного наследия и культурно-исторической среды города.

The final qualifying work is devoted to development of the complex conception of actualization of the cultural-historical environment of Viborg city based on theoretical researches and international practical experience of urban environments actualization, and also considering the specifics of the legislation and the role of non-governmental organizations in this sphere. Special attention is paid to the environmental approach in the conservation, restoration and actualization of cultural heritage and cultural-historical environment of the city.
