Actualization of Soviet cultural heritage by museum means

Abstract

Работа посвящена актуализации культурного наследия СССР музейными средствами. Автор предпринимает попытку обобщить имеющиеся сведения о музеях и учреждениях музейного типа, хранящих и экспонирующих вещи советской эпохи. В ходе анализа опыта российских и зарубежных музеев в деле актуализации культурного наследия СССР, выделяются причины создания подобных музеев, механизмы их функционирования и отличия музеев друг от друга. Исследование подтверждает гипотезу о том, что актуализация культурного наследия советской эпохи музейными средствами отличается от актуализации культурного наследия советской эпохи иными средствами, а также от актуализации культурного наследия иных исторических эпох.

The paper is dedicated to the actualization of the USSR’s cultural heritage by museum facilities. The author undertakes the attempt to generalize the available information about museums and institutions of the museum type, which keep and exhibit things of the Soviet era. During the analysis of the experience of russian and foreign museums in the actualization of the USSR’s cultural heritage , highlighted the reasons for creating such museums , the mechanisms of their functioning and the differences from each other. The study confirms the hypothesis that the actualization of the Soviet era’s cultural heritage by museum facilities differs from the actualization of the Soviet era’s cultural heritage by other facilities, as well as the actualization of the cultural heritage of different historical epochs.
