The development of corporate social performance portfolio for Miratorg Agribusiness Holding on the basis of the best international practices

Abstract

Данная выпускная квалификационная работа представляет собой консультационный проект по разработке портфеля корпоративной социальной деятельности для агропромышленного комплекса «Мираторг». Работа состоит из двух основных частей. В первой части рассмотрены и структурированы практики корпоративной социальной деятельности ведущих компаний мировой агропромышленной отрасли, выделены основные проблемы и тенденции в отрасли, определены основные заинтересованные стороны и их ожидания. Вторая часть работы содержит аналогичный обзор КСД для российского агропромышленного сектора, подробную информацию о деятельности АПХ «Мираторг», анализ его нефинансовой отчетности и подробный перечень заинтересованных в его деятельности сторон. Конечным результатом работы являются рекомендаций по формированию портфеля КСД, разработанные для компании. Каждая рекомендация содержит подробное обоснование предлагаемых для внедрения практик, а также развернутое описание потенциальных результатов как для самой компании, так и для внешних заинтересованных сторон.

Bachelor thesis "Development of the corporate social performance ”portfolio” for Miratorg Agribusiness Holding оп the basis of the best international practices analysis". (Consulting project) The research is separated into two different levels. The first one contains a structured list of corporate social performance practices of the top world leading agro-industrial companies, highlights of the main issues and trends in agribusiness, key stakeholders profiles descriptions and their expectations. The second part also includes a similar review of the Russian agro-industrial sector, contains detailed information about Miratorg Agribusiness holding's main activities, list of the key indicator, deep analysis of it's annual non-financial report and a scrutinised list of the company's key stakeholders. The final result of this thesis paper is an elaborated description of recommendations aimed to a development of a social performance "portfolio" for the company. Each recommendation includes rationales for it's implementation based on modern CSP and CSR concepts and a detailed description of potential benefits for both the company and the external stakeholders as well as for society, economy and environment.
