Staff incentive in corporate management: The case of OJSC "Severnaya Verf"

Abstract

Дипломная работа посвящена актуальной теме стимулирования персонала. Целью исследования является описание воздействия материальных и нематериальных стимулов на работников компании "Северная верфь". В первой главе раскрываются основные понятия и дается обзор основных методологических теорий мотивации. Во второй главе дана краткая характеристика предприятия, проведен анализ факторов мотивации сотрудников на основании полученных результатов анкетирования и предложены конкретные рекомендации по улучшению системы стимулирования.

This graduation project is devoted to actual topic of personnel stimulation. The main aim of this research is to describe the impact of the material and non-material incentives on employees of the company «Severnaya Verf'». In the first chapter are given the basic concepts and an overview of the main methodological theories of motivation. In the second chapter based on survey is given a brief description of the company, an analysis of the factors of motivation employees. Also there are results and specific recommendations to improve the incentive system.
