Polymorphism of CLE genes regulating symbiotic nodule development in Medicago truncatula

Abstract

Цель работы - изучение полиморфизма генов CLE, регулирующих развитие клубеньков у M. truncatula. Объем магистерской диссертации составляет 63 страницы, на которых 27 рисунков и 4 таблицы. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, списка использованной литературы и благодарностей. В качестве объектов исследования были использованы 2 линии бобового растения M. truncatula – A17 и R108. Гены MtCLE12, MtCLE13, MtCLE34 и MtCLE35 были выбраны для исследований полиморфизма генов (SNP). Были обнаружены существующие SNP, из которых в гене MtCLE13 - только синонимичные замены, у генов MtCLE12, MtCLE34 и MtCLE35 - синонимичные и несинонимичные замены. Было показано, что сверхэкспрессия гена MtCLE34 не подавляет клубенькообразование и, во-видимому, не является участником системы Autoregulation Of Nodulation (AON).

The aim of this work is to study the polymorphism of CLE genes regulating symbiotic nodule development M. truncatula. The volume of the master's thesis is 63 pages, on which 27 figures and 4 tables. The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, bibliography and acknowledgments. Two lines of the legume M. truncatula, A17 and R108, were used as objects of research. The genes MtCLE12, MtCLE13, MtCLE34, and MtCLE35 were selected for gene polymorphism (SNP) studies. Existing SNP were found, of which only synonymous substitutions are in the MtCLE13 gene, and synonymous and non-synonymous substitutions in the MtCLE12, MtCLE34, and MtCLE35 genes. It was shown that overexpression of the MtCLE34 gene does not suppress nodulation and, apparently, is not a participant in the Autoregulation Of Nodulation (AON).
