Discourse analysis in the management of museum organisations

Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена такой актуальной теме как дискурс – анализ книги жалоб и предложений как одного из инструментов управления организациями. Цель дипломной работы – изучение книг жалоб и предложений как способа управления организациями. Первая глава посвящена теоретическим основам дискурс - анализа. Во второй главе приводится содержание и результаты социологического исследования, проведенного на основе изученного материала. В заключении подведены итоги исследования и сделаны выводы по данной работе. Дипломная работа состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, списка использованной литературы и приложений. Объем работы – 76 страниц. При написании выпускной квалификационной работы были использованы учебники, монографии, статьи - всего 50 источников.

This graduation work is devoted to a discourse analysis in a system management organizations belonging to a museum sphere. The issues of discourse analysis, social - management practices, communicative theory of J. Habermas and critical discourse analysis are highlighted in the project’s general part. The purpose of the work is to give some information about the discourse analysis as one of the organization management methods. The readers’ attention is also drawn to the communicative theory of J. Habermas as a theoretical basis of this work. It would not be an exaggeration to say that the author concluded that the discourse analysis is one of the effective tools in a system management organization. The graduation project consists of a theoretical part, practical part and an explanatory part which consists of the research program, questionnaires, diagrams and photos from the research. The work could be of interest for wide circle of readers.
