Effectiveness of robotic process automation in adaptation of an enterprise

Abstract

Работа посвящена оценке эффективности использования технологии роботизации в процессе адаптации персонала. Изменения, которые происходят благодаря технологическому прогрессу, открывают организациям перспективы трансформации своих бизнес-процессов в цифровую среду. На сегодняшний день компании активно внедряют в свои HR-процессы технологии ИИ и роботизации, способствующие сокращению затрат, повышению эффективности традиционных процессов и конкурентоспособности. Трансформация HR-процессов в цифровую среду также обусловлена выходом на рынок труда поколения миллениалов для которого является важным получать информацию посредством электронных носителей, что соответствует их привычкам и рутине. В данной выпускной квалификационной работе была поставлена и достигнута цель – разработать рекомендации в адрес компаний по внедрению роботизации процесса адаптации персонала на основе оценки эффективности роботизации. Определены ключевые понятия «адаптация» персонала и «роботизация» процессов. Проанализирована специфика применения технологии роботизации процесса адаптации персонала и систематизированы практики внедрения технологии роботизации в адаптацию персонала. Разработан и апробирован комплексный методический подход к оценке эффективности роботизации, за основу была взята концепция системно сбалансированных показателей, что позволяет определить цели для каждой из заинтересованных сторон и методы их оценки. Также, были проанализированы и определены актуальные на сегодняшний день риски технологии роботизации в управлении человеческими ресурсами, приведены примеры и способы их предотвращения. В ходе исследования была проведена оценка эффективности роботизации процесса адаптации персонала компании «КОРУС Консалтинг». Результатом исследования стали разработанные рекомендации по улучшению функциональности KORUS HR bot и сформулированные общие рекомендации в адрес компаний, заинтересованных во внедрении роботизации процесса адаптации.

The work is devoted to assessing the effectiveness of using robotization technology in the process of personnel adaptation. The changes that occur due to technological advances open up the prospects for organizations to transform their business processes into a digital environment. Today, companies are actively introducing AI and robotization technologies into their HR processes, which help reduce costs, increase the efficiency of traditional processes and competitiveness. The transformation of HR processes into a digital environment is also due to the entry into the labor market of the millennials generation for which it is important to receive information through electronic media, which is in line with their habits and routine. In this final qualification work, the goal was set to develop recommendations for companies to implement robotization of the personnel adaptation process based on an assessment of the effectiveness of robotization. The key concepts of “adaptation” of personnel and “robotization” of processes are defined. The specifics of applying the technology of robotization of the personnel adaptation process are analyzed and the practice of introducing robotization technology into personnel adaptation is systematized. A comprehensive methodological approach to assessing the effectiveness of robotization was developed and tested, the concept of systemically balanced indicators was taken as a basis, which allows us to determine the goals for each of the interested parties and methods for their evaluation. Also, the current risks of the technology of robotization in human resource management were analyzed and identified, examples and methods of their prevention are given. In the course of the study, an assessment was made of the effectiveness of the robotization of the adaptation process of the KORUS Consulting personnel. The result of the study is the recommendations for improving the functionality of KORUS HR bot and the general recommendations formulated for companies interested in implementing robotization of the adaptation process.
