The foreign cultural policy of Russian Federation in the Republic of Indonesia

Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы “Внешняя культурная политика Российской Федерации в Республике Индонезии”. Выпускная квалификационная работа состоит из Введения, трёх глав, поделенных на параграфы, Заключения и Списка использованных источников и литературы. Во введении обоснована актуальность темы исследования, объект, предмет, цель, задачи, хронологические рамки исследования, теоретическая и практическая значимость, методология и апробация работы. В первой главе “Внешняя культурная политика РФ” рассмотрены теоретические вопросы настоящего исследования, в том числе характеристика внешней культурной политики РФ. Вторая глава “Исторические традиции и современное состояние культурного сотрудничества России и Индонезии” посвящена важным этапам истории и современному состоянию культурных связей России и Индонезии, анализу факторов, которые оказали на двустороннее культурное сотрудничество. В третей главе “Институциональные основы и основные направления внешней культурной политики РФ в Индонезии” рассмотрена деятельность институтов внешней культурной политики (ВКП) РФ в Республике Индонезия выявлены актуальные направления и формы культурных связей России и Индонезии в рамках ВКП РФ. В Заключении работы автор дает оценку современному состоянию культурных связей и отмечает особенности диалога России и Индонезии в XXI веке, который в последнее время динамично развивается особенно в сфере культуры, науки и образования.

The topic of this graduation bachelor thesis is “Foreign cultural policy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Indonesia”. It consists of an Introduction, three chapters divided into paragraphs, Conclusions and a List of sources and literature used. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the chosen topic, object, subject, purpose, objectives, chronological framework of the research, theoretical and practical value, methodology and approbation of the research. The first Chapter "Foreign cultural policy of the Russian Federation" is devoted to the theoretical aspect of this topic, including the characteristics of foreign cultural policy of the Russian Federation. The second Chapter " Historical traditions and current state of cultural relations between Russia and Indonesia” is devoted to important stages in the history and current state of cultural relations between both countries, and the analysis of factors that have influenced the bilateral cultural relations. The third Chapter "Institutional foundations and main directions of the foreign cultural policy of the Russian Federation in Indonesia" examines the activities of the foreign cultural policy institutions of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Indonesia, identifies and comments on the current trends and forms of cultural relations between Russia and Indonesia within the Russian Federation’s foreign cultural policy. The Conclusion provides the answers to the presented objectives and prospects for cooperation between Indonesia and Russia in the cultural aspect. In the Conclusion, the author gives an assessment of the current state of cultural relations and notes the features of the dialogue between Russia and Indonesia in the XXI century, which has recently been developing dynamically, especially in the field of culture, science and education.
