| ru_RU |
dc.description.abstract | This work is dedicated to the problem of influence of cultural factors on business communications. The concept of economic diplomacy, as well as the basic classifications of communication models of countries are revealed. With the help of the example of Japanese business communications, the work attempts to identify cultural factors that affect the conduct of business. Special attention has been given to the cultural factor of doing business in Japan, taking into account the historical, geographical, religious and socio-cultural influence on communication with foreign representatives. The relevance of the work unfolds in the fact that Japan is an attractive country as a foreign partner, but because of the long period of self-isolation, during which the original culture of the country has been formed, the customs and traditions of Japanese may be unfamiliar to their business partners. This creates multiple communication barriers, the overcoming of which requires theoretical training that includes studying the historical, cultural and business characteristics of the country. The work focuses on identifying the main cultural barriers to building fruitful and effective Russian-Japanese relations and finding possible solutions to these problems. | en_GB |
